I downloaded the full install package for the 8600 Plus from HP. Of course I can go to 1.100 and the web server on the printer comes up and I can do a scan that way, but that's not the point.Ĥ. Windows 7 found the network printer and ran the printer after installing the basic printer drivers downloaded from HP.ģ. Took a new Z240 workstation out of the box a few days ago and set it up using win7 Pro 圆4.

It has always been on a static IP 192.168.1.100.Ģ.

This printer has been networked for a few years - worked fine with various PCs & laptops from XP to Win10.
